  • We use a process known as ‘data mining’ or ‘scraping’ to source lead data from publicly-available sources.

    You may be familiar with using software tools to scrape data yourself from sites like LinkedIn - a process which is labour-intensive, slow and notoriously inaccurate.

    We have a team of data researchers who are able to replicate this process more efficiently, using our proprietary tools to build your list manually from verified sources - saving you the time and effort of doing it yourself - and proving considerably less expensive than other sources of direct B2B data

  • This depends on the size and your targeting criteria. Because we manually verify and validate each record, it could take up to a week for a large list. Faster for a smaller list. Either way, you’ll have a dedicated account manager who will keep you updated on the progress of your order at all times

  • Yes - we only supply business email addresses of individuals whose details are publicly available. To remain GDPR compliant. you may need to assess that you have ‘legitimate interest’ to contact them and have GDPR-compliant processes for the storage of - and removal of data from your systems.

  • You may be familiar with tools which supposedly verify email address validity, such as Neverbounce, Zerobounce and so on.

    If you’ve ever used these, you’ll be aware that they label large amounts of data as ‘catch-all’ or ‘unverifiable’ and are often filled with false positives. As a result, they are never comprehensive enough to allow you to conduct completely clean outreach campaigns with close to zero bounces.

    We use a manual verification process, where we only provide data for addresses we’ve physically communicated with to verify validity - which is how we can provide our 100% valid email address guarantee.

  • If any of your emails bounce as a result of the email address being invalid, simply put the email addresses into a spreadsheet - one single column headed ‘email’ will suffice. As long as you send us your bounced emails file within 30-days of your order, we will refund the financial value of the bounced records back to your payment card.

    For example, if you ordered 500 records at £400, the cost per record is 80p. If 20 emails bounced, we would refund 20 x 80p = £16

  • In a shareable Google Sheets spreadsheet file, which can be exported to CSV or Excel format

  • Say you order 5,000 records but your targeting criteria is quite niche and it transpires there are not 5,000 records available of people who meet your criteria…

    We will simply provide you with the maximum number of records that are available and then provide an immediate refund to your payment card for the missing quantity of records.

    If you ordered 5,000 records at £3,000, this equates to 60p per record.

    If we were only able to source 2,300 records - a shortfall of 2,700 - we would refund 2,700 x 60p = £1,620
